ShotSpotter led cops to parolee who fired gun while threatening a postal worker, Chicago police report says

CWB Chicago reported on three recent incidents in Chicago in which ShotSpotter led to the arrests of armed individuals with criminal histories. The first man had a lengthy felony record, including an attempted murder conviction, and was found with a gunshot wound and a loaded firearm. The second man, who was on parole, threatened a postal worker and fired shots into the air. The third man became enraged at a restaurant, returned with a gun, and fired shots at the building.
