Online Training Materials

We offer basic user written and video training materials for ShotSpotter, Insight, Dispatch, ResourceRouter, and Admin that are always available online 24/7/365 with a valid ShotSpotter username and password. To access these training materials, please log in below with your valid ShotSpotter credentials.

Online Training Sessions

We offer basic user level online training for ShotSpotter, Insight, Dispatch, ShotSpotter Investigator Portal, ResourceRouter and Admin. These courses are managed within our own Learning Management System (LMS). Agency ShotSpotter Project Managers can request this training at any time during their contract period at no cost. Please contact the ShotSpotter Training Manager to arrange for this training.

MP4 Video Training

We offer basic user video training for ShotSpotter, Insight, Dispatch, ShotSpotter Investigator Portal, ResourceRouter and Admin. These videos can be placed into a customer agency’s own LMS to manage the training in-house. Agency ShotSpotter Project Managers can request this training at any time during their contract period at no cost. Please contact the ShotSpotter Training Manager to arrange for this training.
