Gil Farrulla

Gilbert M. Farrulla is a security and public safety leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning law enforcement, healthcare security, and critical infrastructure protection. He currently serves as Director of Customer Success for SafePointe, where he advises organizations on layered security strategies and threat mitigation solutions. Gilbert previously held leadership roles overseeing complex security operations, including managing advanced hospital security programs, executive protection, and large-scale teams of armed, unarmed, and K9 security professionals. Prior to transitioning into the private sector, he served with the Rocklin Police Department as an Investigations and Operations Division Sergeant, supervising detectives and patrol teams while leading training and use-of-force programs. In addition to his operational leadership, Gilbert has contributed to the development of future professionals as an adjunct professor teaching public policy, criminology, and emergency response management. He holds a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and is a graduate of the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute.
