Edit Pack -- an add-on to ProControl that greatly enhances
the productivity of high-end music and post-production professionals.
An ideal mixing surface for surround applications, Edit Pack
will put the newest surround mixing features of Pro Tools
5.1 right at the tips of you fingers. And, with a built-in
custom keyboard and trackball mouse, you'll be able to finally
set aside your computer's keyboard and mouse and edit, mix
and navigate on the computer completely from within ProControl.

Edit
Pack features two patented DigiPanner joysticks and
eight 40-segment, high-resolution meters for multichannel
output monitoring. It also provides intuitive access to
many of the advanced editing capabilities of Pro Tools®
at the touch of a button.
Edit
Pack comes with its own laptop-sized QWERTY keyboard with
customized, colored keycaps and an ergonomic two-button
trackball -- both of which function with or without Pro
Tools. Edit Pack also includes 20 dual-function, dedicated
edit switches for single-switch access to the vast selection
of Pro Tools editing operations without having to use
a mouse. Available functions include track duplication
and sizing, region management, edit macros, automation,
MIDI operations and more.
The
two DigiPanner joysticks feature motorized, touch-sensitive
operation for ultra-smooth surround control. With dedicated
access to pans, X/Y variable divergence control, mutes,
solos, channel assignments and LFE, users can easily switch
modes for precise knob-based panning.
Edit
Pack is an essential addition to ProControl that greatly
improves the speed and functionality of all high-level
Pro Tools users. It is ideally designed for mixing environments
for film, television, music, or wherever multichannel
audio is a requirement.
